Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Production area: Roero DOCG area
Grape variety: 100% Arneis
Acidity: 5.80 g/l
Alcohol: 14.50% Vol
Fermentation: takes place completely in 100% new French oak barriques with a duration of about 15 days.
After fermentation, the wine is not racked and begins aging on the lees, always in barriques. Every day we carry out a bâtonnage and this takes place for about six months. After this period we decant the steel barriques where they decant. The wine is normally bottled in April/May of the year following the harvest. Before entering the market, it is still refined in the bottle for about 10/12 months.
