Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG - Extra Dry
Sparkling wine of pale straw yellow color with green reflections. Impeccable in clarity enriched by a minute of incessant perlage. The fruity note with apple, pear and peach emerges from the aroma. The floral is present with a delicate hint of rose and acacia flower, a soft vegetable note emerges in the finish. On the palate it is fresh and gives a sweet and soft note which then gives way to a more sour one, limoncina. Balanced, light, slim, it has excellent drinkability. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fish appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs.
