Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta or toasted bread. Also recommended for seasoning first courses, pizzas and savory pies.
A reinterpretation of the typical Genoese pesto with the use of Sicilian ingredients: almonds and pistachios instead of pine nuts, "Cosacavaddu" cheese instead of Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil. A fresh and decisive aroma, for a pesto with an intense and traditional character.

Basil, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, "Cosacavaddu" cheese, brown sugar, salt, almond, pistachio.
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge for 5 days.
