The ingredients are blended at low temperature and pressure to preserve the nutrients and natural flavors of the ingredients. At the opening it has an intense almond scent. Almonds and pistachios give it a creamy texture. The taste is both savory due to the presence of Cosacavaddu ( a fine Sicilian cheese of ancient tradition with a strong and rich flavour) and sweet due to the pistachio and almonds.
Usage tips
Excellent both for seasoning pasta (trofie, penne, caserecce).
Ingredients and notes
Sicilian pistachio, Sicilian almond, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, Cosacavaddu cheese, cane sugar, salt, nutmeg, black pepper, lactic acid acidifier. Pistachio, almond, cheese, nutmeg.
Conservation method
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge for 5 days.
