Ingredients and notes
Intensely fruity green oil, slightly turbid due to natural settling. Fresh taste with intense notes of green tomatoes and fresh aromatic herbs. The aroma and taste nuances of the green tomato are typical of the Tonda Iblea olive variety.
The harvest is traditional, i.e. the olives are harvested by hand directly from the centuries-old olive trees grown in a hilly area facing south when perfectly ripe.

Roasted meats and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, grilled fish, green and grilled vegetables.
