Intense and bright red color with slight violet hues. Intense and pleasantly fruity aroma of wild berries and roses. Harmonious and well structured flavour.
Pot-bellied goblet for aged red wines, also called ballon to allow good oxygenation.

Soft pressing of the pomace, maceration on the skins for 10 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°/30° C. for 15-20 days (malolactic)
3 months in steel silos and 3 months in bottle at controlled temperature.
Cold sterile with microfiltration and nitrogen back pressure.
To drink immediately or to age 6-8 years in suitable cellars.
In a very cool (14°-16°) and not excessively humid environment.
