With a robust and persistent taste, Grappa "A' Zita" is made up of a "blend" of pomace, coming from various harmoniously selected native Sicilian vines: vines of Inzolia, Catarratto and Nero d'Avola. To obtain only the heart of the precious multi-variety, the traditional method of distillation is applied, "in a bain-marie" in a discontinuous alembic. After distillation it is aged for 24 months in small French oak barrels (Barrique).

Store in a cool environment at 13° - 15° not excessively humid and protected from light.
