Soft and delicate, our cream is obtained with Violetto variety artichokes and Biancolilla variety extra virgin olive oil, an oil with an artichoke scent.
Usage tips
Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta or toasted bread. Also recommended to embellish first courses, pizzas and savory pies.
Ingredients and notes
Artichokes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, oregano, hot pepper, parsley, vinegar, salt. Acidifier: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
