Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP aged 12 years - 100 ml
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP obtained from cooked grape must aged in wooden barrels for at least 12 years with annual decanting according to tradition (decanting into different woods - oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, mulberry, juniper - to acquire the specific flavors of each wood).
Each barrel is opened to allow the fermentation and concentration process by natural evaporation. Checked, bottled and certified by the nominated Consortium of Modena which applies the DOP mark.
Suitable as a final touch on all sweet or savory dishes especially cheeses, meats,
strawberries, cheesecake, and even after dinner spoon at the end of the meal
the meal for its digestive and healthy properties.
