After drying in the sun, it is seasoned. At the opening it has an intense aroma of tomato and oil. Intense red colour, sweet taste enhanced by the intense fruitiness of the Tonda Iblea, lightly flavored with garlic and basil.
Usage tips
Great for appetizers, bruschetta and sandwiches or pasta.

Semi-dried Sicilian cherry tomato (67.6%), extra virgin olive oil (30.4%), basil (1.3%), garlic 0.4%), oregano (0.3%).
Conservation method
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge for 5 days.
